East Coast Positioning has been in operation since 2004 offering strata certification services to the land development industry under the direction of Philip Hayward.
After his retirement as Managing Director of a large survey practice in Campbelltown, Phil decided to expand the services offered by East Coast to include surveying services and has brought in as a partner Mony Seng a Registered Surveyor with many years experience in the surveying industry including cadastral, engineering, topographical, control surveys and high rise developments.
