This will ensure that all your requests for assistance, support, issues, updates or general questions, are handled in the most effective and timely manner and enhance the services / response we currently provide to our valued customers.
Looking ahead, our plan is that this support model will evolve into a Ticketing system to manage support requests; distribute to specific areas more quickly that can handle requirements for any of our solutions: social media, eCommerce, email marketing and websites. The system will allow us to more accurately measure same requests, create processes and training materials that will support you further allowing us more time to develop great tools for your online presence, make your jobs easier, train you or your staff and make the entire experience - well awesome! No matter how big we get!
